Tourism Cancellations / Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Glacier Helicopters in writing by email to flights@glacierhelicopters.ca. 

Bookings cancelled with greater than 48 Hours notice will be issued a full refund.

Bookings cancelled within 24-48 Hours will be issued a full refund, less 10% of your total booking amount.

Bookings cancelled within 24 Hours will be issued a 50% refund.

No shows are not entitled to a refund.

Airport Transfer Cancellations / Refunds / Incidentals

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Glacier Helicopters in writing by email to flights@glacierhelicopters.ca. 

Cancellations are handled on a per leg basis. eg. If you book a round trip, only your most immediate booking is subject to the cancellation policy timeline.

Bookings cancelled greater than 72 Hours notice will be issued a full refund.

Bookings cancelled within 48 Hours will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled within 24 Hours will be charged a 40% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled within 12 Hours are not eligible for a refund. 

If a booking must be cancelled due to weather, a full refund will be issued. 

In the event your Commercial or Private flight is delayed and our aircraft is required to stay at the Pickup or Drop Off destination overnight, any reasonable and customary overnight fees will due in addition.

Weather / Environmental / Mechanical Policy

Glacier Helicopters Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time due to weather, wildfire or mechanical issues. A full refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation made by Glacier Helicopters Ltd.

Minors

Minors (under 19) must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Children under the age of 2 and 30lbs (14kg) must be seated on a legal guardians lap and fly free of charge.

Children over the age of 2 or 30lbs (14kg) must occupy their own seat, and account for a full paid seat.
